A new website for a 32-year family diamond supplier, built to earn a jeweller's trust before a single call is made.

RAKESHDIAM BV has supplied loose, certified diamonds to jewellers across Europe for over 32 years, but the business had never had a proper website, only a placeholder Wix page. Every new relationship depended on a personal referral or a trade-show introduction.
The business also carries no stock of its own: every stone is sourced to order from trusted partners. Explained badly, that reads as a weakness. Explained well, it is the reason a jeweller can ask for almost any cut, grade or certification and still get it fast.
A navy and cream site with bolder, more confident type, built around the 32-year story, the exact grades and shapes on offer, and the three gemological institutes the business works with, shown clearly rather than buried in a PDF.
Content in English, Dutch and French, since RAKESHDIAM's jewellers are spread right across Europe, and every language reads like the primary one, not a translated afterthought.
A jeweller searching for a new diamond supplier had nothing to find. No site that explained what RAKESHDIAM actually offers, no way to check certifications or turnaround time, and no way to tell a 32-year family business apart from any other listing.
RAKESHDIAM is a real, 32-year family business that hired me to design its first proper website, not a concept project. The brief came from working directly with Raj and the team on how the business actually wins clients today, alongside a look at how competing diamond suppliers present themselves online.
Instead of vague luxury language, the site leads with exact facts: how long the business has run, which institutes certify its stones, and precisely which grades, colours and shapes a jeweller can order.
32 years and Antwerp's diamond district sit above the fold, before the site asks for anything.

Quality, colour, shape and order type shown as a grid a working jeweller can scan in seconds, not a paragraph to decode.
Tailored sourcing, delivery in under a week, and competitive pricing, stated as three plain claims rather than marketing copy.

RAKESHDIAM is based in Antwerp, Belgium, where English, Dutch and French are all in daily business use, so EN, NL and FR switch the whole page, and one contact form routes every enquiry straight to the business, in whichever language it arrived.

RAKESHDIAM's new site is live at rakeshdiam.be, deployed on Netlify with a custom domain, and is the first thing a new jeweller sees before a call is ever made.
Designing for a business that already has a 32-year story is different from designing for a brand-new one: the job isn't inventing trust, it's not burying it. Leading with exact facts, years, certifications, turnaround time, did more for credibility than any amount of polish.
Watching which pages new enquiries actually come through first, then folding that into the next round: likely a short case-study section showing past orders, and legal and policy pages linked properly in the footer.
